Happy Birthday Kim and Kay!

Yesterday was Kimberly and Kaylynn's eighth birthday. It is hard to believe that my little girls are getting so grown up. To read their birth story go here.

Kaylynn and Kimberly in the stroller. They were so tiny they both fit in the front seat of the stroller.

Kaylynn and Kimberly last week

As I mentioned last year on the twin's birthday, they came as quite a surprise. Though the last 8 years have definitely had their difficult moments, I wouldn't trade any of it. At many times I have doubted my ability and wondered why Heavenly Father chose me to be a mother of twins. Seeing their happy smiling faces and getting feeling their hugs and kisses, makes it all worth it.

I love you Kimberly and Kaylynn. I am so grateful for the privilege and honor of being your mother!

I think it takes a remarkable woman to mother twins--and your obviously were up to the challenge. Happy Birthday to your darling daughters.

I loved getting to read their birth story and it's amazing that all of you made it through all that stress.
