Some randomness

What are you having for lunch today?
How about a salmonella and jelly sandwich? Mmmmm yummy. Evidently there is a recall on certain types of peanut butter because they have been linked to a salmonella outbreak. It turns out that we actually have one of these in our house and we have eaten half of it. Hmmm, I wonder if that had anything to do with Scott's mysterious stomach ailment a couple of weeks ago that caused him to walk quickly from the stand in the middle of fast and testimony meeting to throw up in the bathroom?

If Cleopatra was beautiful in her day I'd hate to see the homely looking girl! Perhaps the men of her day suffered from near sightedness.

Nothing could separate these two, not even death.

This snowboarder has earned some bragging rights.

School is closed today. A blizzard was forecasted for this morning. We woke up to high winds and freezing rain. No snow as of yet, but the freezing rain has certainly made a mess of things. We are glad to be spending the day in doors playing and singing and dancing. My three girls have already performed a "play" for me this morning complete with princess costumes and lots of singing and dancing.

I don't remember my kids ever having school cancelled. There are days that I wish it would be though. It'd be nice and relaxing.

Fun little clips of news bits! I forgot about the peanut butter!!!! I'd better check that while I'm thinking about it (just bought some the other day!). Ok, I checked, we're safe! :)

Have a nice 'snow day' with your kids!

The Kimberly and Kaylynn Show!

Maybe if you get enough snow you could out-do that snowboarder!

Oh man, how fun to hear the "Dancing Queen"!!!

OK, I had two pieces of not-whole wheat toast with margarine and a cup of OJ for lunch because I'm sick with the huge ailment that had half our ward gone last Sunday. I guess it's the other half's turn this week.

I don't think Marc Anthony loved C for her mind OR her beauty. I think she just put out.

I was too tired to click on the other links. My hand refused to leave the keyboard. Seriously.

Your kids are no doubt having a very fun day. You sound like a great mommy.

millie, sorry your not feeling well. Hope you get feeling better soon!

kimberly, random is good!

suzanne, cheetos sound really good, except I hate how my fingers always turn orange when I eat them.

wendy, I wonder if surfing and snowboarding are similar?

deanne, glad to hear you don't have the bad peanut butter! :D

utmommy, it was nice to be able to go back to sleep!

I saw that thing on Cleopatra and thought "WOW, all my life thinking of her as Elizabeth Taylor...and it turns out that was one ugly chick, wait that ain't no chick that's a man!" and stuff like that.
The snowboarder is one lucky dude.
Today I'm having dry cereal for lunch, yeah.

I've got my 5 jars of peanut butter lined up to take back to Wal-Mart. Every jar I had was from that 2111 lot. Kind of scary...but I'm glad they were able to trace it back to the PB.

We've had numerous snow days here...enough that my kids aren't hoping for them so much any more...they want to go to school so that they don't have to make the days up on their holidays.
