Actually we're hoping that we don't meet up with the blizzard, or the wizard for that matter. We are hoping for an uneventful journey that will end with us safe and sound in Salt Lake City Utah.
We will leave tomorrow morning after the kids get out of school. Yes, apparently we are the only ones around here that have school tomorrow. Plus, there is this funny thing that Scott likes to call his job, and he has to get all his work done there before we can leave tomorrow.
Today my job is to:
finish last minute Christmas shopping
wrap presents
wash/fold/pack laundry
clean the house
put a hold on our newspaper subscription
get the oil changed in the Suburban
Take Kendra and her kids to the airport (They are smart, they are flying to Utah)
pick up kids from school (try not to go crazy when they come home with a major sugar/Christmas is coming very very soon high)
feed everyone dinner, probably left overs to clean out the fridge Yum!
I hope everyone has a very Merry and safe Christmas! Thanks for helping to make this a great year at Our Lot in Life. I am grateful for the new friends I have made through blogging. May God bless all of you and your families at this time and always.

Amanda, I hope you have a happy and safe trip. Our kids have school tomorrow, too, so you're not the only ones. ;o)
Merry Christmas!

Have fun coming here to Utah! It's cold here, but not as cold as I'm sure South Dakota is right now. We have school tomorrow too.
