What’s the scariest weather situation you’ve experienced?
I was actually in the Utah Tornado.
Though at the time I had no idea it was a tornado. I was visiting my mom who works in an office building across from Temple Square in downtown SLC. We knew something was going on, but didn't realize what. Scott was coming to meet us for lunch and pulled into the covered parking just as it hit. No one really thought it could be a tornado at first. I mean, come on, a tornado in downtown SLC. It wasn't scary until after and we realized just what it was and what could have happened.Main Course
If you could wake up tomorrow morning in another country, where would you want to be?
Hmmmm, Italy. Really anywhere in Europe - England, Scotland, France, Greece....Someday....

My tighty whities. Sometimes in the winter I wear jammies. Not that you really care or even wanted to know that....

I'm glad you're doing well. I'm so glad Lost doesn't come back to February--I don't have a whole lot of time to watch TV because of Seminary and hopefully by then I'll be back into the swing of it. (Good for you cutting back on TV time) That tornado in SLC was something.
How scary to have been in the Utah tornado! It pulled out the Olive tree at the S.L. temple where my hubby and I posed in front of for pictures on our wedding day! :(
I've been cutting back on t.v. time too. I'm only watching a few shows in the evenings and nothing during the day. I'd rather blog during the day anytime!

When we first moved to Florida, the wild Thunderstorms with the crazy living clouds were extremely frightening and exciting. Did you know that thunder storms are very rare here? rain, yes, but thunder? not so much. Kind of disappointing if you want to know the truth.
Ireland. Just so I could listen to people talk. Love that accent. And maybe I could find some real McBrides.
tighty whities? that's hilarious. I wear a cotton t-shirt and crisp cotton pj capris. I have to be prepared to jump up and run out of the house in an emergency. When I just wear the whites I get nervous and have to put on my pj's in the middle of the night.

I never knew there was a tornado in Salt Lake. I would've been freaked out.
That tornado thing was pretty crazy.

suzanne: It was sad that the tree didn't make it! Blogging is way better than Tv, except that I can't fold laundry and be on the computer at the same time, but I can fold laundry while watching TV.
mary: Yay, we are twins! I started sleeping in my g's on my mission. It was so stinkin hot and humid that I couldn't stand to where anything else.

tori: I know the utah tornado wasn't much compared to what they have in other areas, it was just so unexpected. LOL at the calendar idea.
wendy: Yay for naptime! I would miss thunderstorms too. :( Hey, maybe we're related. ;) I've thought about that too, in case of emergency, but not enough to wear anything else. I always figured I'd grab a blanket. ;)

I've weaned myself from TV since they're releasing most of the shows on video commercial-free. People keep talking about The office, and Lost, and Survivor, and I'm like, "Whaaaaaaaa?"

Like Coolio and the rest, I can't sleep unless I'm presentable to firemen/policemen/neighbors. That being said, I'd probably still stop and pull on a bra before running out of a burning building.
