Thanksgiving pictures

There is so much that could be said of our trip to Arizona and the visit we had with Scott's family. I thought I would let the pictures do much of the talking. If you want more details, read my previous post. I had 183 pictures to choose from, so bear with me.

After spending the better part of 2 days in the car we were all excited to finally be at Grandpa and Grandma's house.

Grandpa M always has the best toys. Usually his own inventions.

The feast. No placemats, silverware or fancy place settings for this gathering.

Debbie didn't want to share the pumpkin cheesecake so she threw it on the floor. She did however offer to let us lick her toes.

After dinner it was picture time. Megan, the one in the front being manhandled by her older sister, was the only one out of 55 people, including 33 grandchildren and 1 great grand child, that was crying. Even the 4 babies were happy.

This is my favorite picture. This picture is proof of miracles. For many years Scott's three sisters were not all on speaking terms. Much has happened over the last 3 years and it brings tears to my eyes to see them altogether smiling and loving each other's company.

I tried to post pictures of the Snowflake and Mesa temples, but blogger wasn't cooperating. Maybe that is a sign that I've posted enough pictures.

Whoa! You said there were a lot of people at the 'feast' but seeing the pic of everyone all lined up is amazing! Thanksgiving in Arizona must be warm since you ate outside! Must be a nice break after living in snowy weather. ;)

Great pics....thanks for sharing!

What a cool trip! All those people in one house - that is amazing!

I'm glad you made it home safely!

That's pretty impressive to only have 1 crying child. It usually takes us a couple shots, and even then we don't have that much cooperation.

Sounds like you had a great trip!

Holy MOLY! Look at all those people.
And look at the sunny day, the people in short sleeves, the floor-pie AND all those smiles.
That looks like so much fun :)
I want one of those days, can I come with you next time?

NCS: It was all perfectly lovely. Yes, next time you can come with me. We're going to Utah for Christmas, wanna come?

utmommy: Yeah I was shocked that Megan was the only one. We got lucky I guess.

Wendy:It was fun, crowded, but fun.

Mary: The weather made it so nice. Send the kids outside and let them run around.

Deanne: yes it was a nice change from our cooler weather here. We came home to VERY cold weather.

Suzanne: Thanks for the tag, looks like fun. The motorcycle looked fun, but I never got a ride.

a payne: Granpa's mini moto's were a hit!
