Oh, what does it mean?

Thanks to Nikko at Three Blonde Boys for tagging me for this fun word meme. I have four words to define:

peccavi - This is when you mix pecans and caviar together; peccavi. "Sir Louie, darling, could you please pass the peccavi".

coracle - an underwater game played by little fishies. It is played much the same as kick the can, but they kick the coral instead. "Squishy, there will be no coracle tonight until you eat all your seaweed."

lucubration - I've actually been to one of these. This is a celebration of the Lucu tribe found in Central Africa. The celebration is held to honor the young lucu when they reach adulthood. "Yahminianamm, hurry, you are going to be late for your lucubration?"

turptitude - This is a way in which wind is measured here in South Dakota. The wind is measured by how close the 'turp' of the tree gets to the ground. "Henry, what was the turptitude of that wind?"

4 people have something to say:

ROFL! I'm laughing at the 'little squishy'!

Thanks for playing along. I enjoy reading your blog... And, I must admit, I've never actually known anyone who lived in South Dakota before.

I loved coracle!
They should use that for "Finding Nemo 2", and then they should send you a big fat check.
