I am truly honored!

Thanks everyone for your get well wishes yesterday. I am feeling much better today.

I have neglected to mention a couple of awards that I have been blessed enough to receive recently. I have really enjoyed blogging so much and have felt it such a blessing to meet such wonderful people who bless my life. Each one of you has truly been a blessing in my life.

Thank you Yvonne from The Life and Travels of Me. She has awarded me with not one, but two awards! The first was the "You make me smile" award. She awarded me with this one several days ago, I'm a little slow.

This is what the person that created this award says about it---the thing that I love most about blogging is that I learn so much about a person just by reading their blog. I have met MANY wonderful people with wonderful stories to tell, and I am grateful every day for each person that I have the pleasure of crossing paths in life with. I wanted to create something special for the people who have inspired me through their blogging; the stories they tell, and the lives they lead with grace and dignity. I visit their blogs for inspiration and encouragement...

Now it is my turn to do a little awarding. This is hard because there are so many blogs that I enjoy and so many of you that I would love to bestow these awards upon.

Mel and Lisa M. both come to mind first off with the "You lift me up" award. Mel and Lisa have been an inspiration to me as they struggle with the challenges which they have been given. Yet they always remain so positive and uplifting.
